Our personal story as entrepreneurial managers passionate about people and processes has led us to understand that there are two ways to achieve this:

We have developed two products that have become two brands and two philosophies of promoting the culture of compliance and training and managerial development:
Compliance and Management – creating virtuous relationships thanks to the culture of compliance with the rules
Energeticoaching – create valuable relationships thanks to the achievement of balance, rootedness and solidity.

We participated in the development and implementation of the Interesting Academy e-learning platform for training activities carried out in the Italian market.
